We would start with a meet and greet, which would include getting to know your pet's routine and filling out a form. After the meet and greet, you will be added to our software where you can schedule visits, see when your pet is booked, and send messages. 

We do send text updates and photos of your pets when walking or visiting! 

Cancellation fees of 50% will occur if visits are cancelled within 2 days to the first visit or overnight. Cancellation fees of 100% will occur if visits are cancelled within 24 hours or less. 

We cannot guarantee a specific time we will be with your pet. We strive to be closest to the time you ask; however, conflicts may arise, which is why we schedule our clients in 2-hour time windows. 

We accept payment via debit or credit card on Time To Pet (our software) or Venmo. We will also accept cash or a check made out to Tropical Tails, LLC. Payments for recurring visits every week are invoiced every month or due at time of service. All other payments must be made at the the very first visit or a week after the last visit. 

We can give your pet's medication if transdermal or given orally.

Yes, we offer all of these services with no charge if asked!
